Sessions.

I offer sessions in my therapy rooms in Uckfield in East Sussex.

I offer face to face counselling at £50 per 50 minute sessions.

I can offer telephone and zoom counselling if preferred.

I work with adults young people and children.

I offer sessions to trainee counsellors.

Young people and children.

I work with young people and children from the age of 6 yrs.

I may use a more creative approach with young people and children . Communicating our thoughts and feelings can be hard and creative activities can help channel expression gently approaching inner feelings.
